OCCA - Oak Cliff Coalition for the Arts

Welcome to the Oak Cliff Coalition for the Arts, Inc.  OCCA is a non-profit organizations dedicated to promoting the arts and education in Dallas, Texas.  OCCA is a "coalition".  We have member organizations that share OCCA's goals and vision.

What We Do

One of the biggest events presented by OCCA is the Oak Cliff Cinco de Mayo Big Parade and Street Fest with over twenty thousand in attendance.

 OCCA also presents the Oak Cliff Fiestas Patrias and the Miguel Hidalgo Awards.

 OCCA is proud to provide academic scholarships to graduating seniors and adults seeking to continue their education.
